Body Shop Manager

Martin Automotive Group is looking for a Body Shop Manager to join our team at our Martin Body Shop . If you enjoy delivering an excellent customer experience and have prior experience working as a Body Shop Manager, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer expectations
2. Ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately
3. Participate in all required training programs, certifications, schools, and events
4. Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and accurately
5. Respond to safety concerns immediately
6. Perform as a mentor
7. Lead by example

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Three+ years experience in the automotive industry (specifically in service and repairs)
3. Great communication skills
4. Great writing skills
5. Ability to manage others
6. Clean and valid driver’s license
