Salary Range starting at $104,000 (Applicants are able to apply above the range based on education & experience to be considered.)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment. The first payment is at 90 days and the second payment after 1 year.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
- MLS - Medical Laboratory Scientist ASCP
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science. - Required
- Masters Degree in related field - Required
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND SKILLS:
- Three (3) years of clinical laboratory experience and five (5) years of management experience in Healthcare.
- Trauma Level II experience required.
- Leadership skills needed to effectively direct a group.
- Written and interpersonal skills needed to communicate successfully with individuals and groups and interact with people at all levels to communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Knowledge of basic techniques in financial analysis.
Director of Laboratory Services: This Director position is primarily accountable for the planning, implementation and operation of MyMichigan laboratory departments in order to meet the needs of the organization; Provides leadership and expertise in the management of the department; Has accountability for human resource management, financial management, and quality management for department and programs within responsibility in support of the mission, vision and strategic objectives of MyMichigan.
