WHAT YOU'LL DO

ProService Hawaii is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to elevate client satisfaction and drive business growth. In this role, you will nurture and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and stakeholders across diverse industries.

As a SAM, you'll play a key role in client retention by developing tailored solutions, implementing strategies to mitigate risks, and ensuring proactive responses to client needs. You'll also identify upselling opportunities, generate client referrals, and provide valuable feedback to enhance ProService's product and service offerings.

This role involves frequent client meetings across Oahu (50%+ of your time) and is supported by a Client Project Manager who assists in resolving client issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with B2B clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce client turnover and address termination risks.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, generate client referrals, and provide feedback to improve products and services.
  • Spend 50%+ of time meeting clients across Oahu, supported by a Client Project Manager to address issues.
  • Achieve client satisfaction targets while contributing to business growth.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM


  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Proven experience in account management, managing multiple client accounts.
    • At least 2 years in a client-facing or service role.
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Availability to travel (on-island) as needed.
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
    • Management experience.
