**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Must-Have:** Proficiency with Meditech
**Job Description:**
- Provide care in a 294-bed, Joint Commission Accredited hospital with a range of services including cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, and surgical services.
- Work in the Medical-Surgical unit with a primary focus on adult and geriatric patient populations.
- Manage patient ratios of 6:1 up to 7:1, ensuring quality nursing care.
- Utilize telemetry equipment in patient monitoring and treatment.
- Flexibility to float as a second nurse to other units such as Telemetry and Emergency Department.
- Engage in bi-weekly orientations to integrate into the healthcare team effectively.
- Adapt to scheduling needs to ensure efficient unit operations.
- Maintain professional attire with scrubs of any color.
**Additional Notes:**
- This role requires the ability to handle common diagnoses and treatments including surgical procedures, peritoneal dialysis exchanges, and mental health placements.
- Ideal candidates will have a family-oriented personality fit and an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Orientation hours are not stipulated for this position.
