The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to the Human Resources team, and other functional areas of the facility based in Elmore, OH. This position updates and maintains a variety of confidential records related to human resource management. You Will Have The Opportunity ToAssist in recruiting and onboarding of new hires including processing new hire paperwork, I-9 processing, background checks, e-verify, contacting and scheduling candidates and new hires, scheduling medical screening, drug screening, and physical skills assessmentsFacilitate the necessary HR paperwork and responsible for coordinating orientation process including scheduling, logistics and delivering presentationsRecommend, assist in development, and maintain human resource databases, computer software systems, learning management system and manual filing systemsCoordinate medical leave process, tracking and follow-up with employeesPrepare various scheduled and ad hoc reports of employee data contained in the LMS, HRIS and other applicable systemsEnter personnel transactions into Workday systemKeep employee records and files up to date and assures proper security of records and filesPosts job opening requisitions, tracks new employee performance process, maintain bidding spreadsheetParticipate in and facilitate plant-wide employee engagement initiatives and teamsSupport community engagement initiatives, as directedPrepare, maintain and distribute various reports as neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years' experience in Human Resources or analytical roles in a manufacturing setting strongly preferredPrevious experience as Human Resources intern or administrative function requiredPrevious experience with Learning Management System and HRIS software (Workday), SAP and Canva preferredMS Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, Teams, etc.) is requiredAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentialityAbility to prioritize, multi-task and work under deadlinesStrong organizational skills; must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment with accuracy and attention to detailStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively deal with people at all levels of the organizationDiscretion, tact and integrity are recognized requirements of this positionThe selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
