Our American Funds (AF) Service Groups' Learning Enablement (LE) team is passionate about creating and maintaining engaging training curricula to help our associates learn their role to deliver "Best in Class" customer value and service experience.
As one of our Learning Enablement summer associates you will have a unique opportunity to conduct analysis on existing work intake governance processes to recommend and implement a consistent and easy to use process for multiple departments.
You'll work collaboratively with a high impact team to uncover and recommend documentation that will ensure consistent learning enablement to our internal clients.
You'll develop industry leading learning enablement governance process with talented colleagues and be guided by experienced leaders.
You'll build relationships with colleagues and business leaders across the organization.

You are a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, instructional design, adult learning theory, or related focus with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
You are passionate about conducting analysis to determine and recommend solutions.
You are interested in designing, developing, and implementing work intake solutions for variety of learning enablement business units.
You are a creative problem solver with demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
You communicate effectively.
You are proficient in the full Microsoft suite (e.g., Windows 10, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel), SharePoint, and quickly learn new technologies.
Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Hourly Rate: $24-$27/hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
