In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and optimizing highly distributed, large-scale services for DynamoDB Border Services. You will translate complex requirements into detailed architecture and design, work hands-on with the engineering team, and contribute to the intellectual property of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, manage, optimize, and reimagine highly distributed, large-scale services
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
- Work hands-on with the engineering team to manage day-to-day development activities, participate in designs, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation
- Deliver quality features on-time and on-budget
- Contribute to the intellectual property of the organization through patents and external publications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
