Responsibilities :
- Oversee Anderson Body-Shop of Baltimore and the body shop at Anderson of Abingdon
- Manage a staff of over 25 employees
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and implement plans to achieve them
- Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of all department personnel
Requirements :
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
