Position Summary:
As an Outside Sales / Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth for our company. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 salespeople and directly engaging with customers to sell our home improvement products.
Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
  • Lead and motivate a team of 3 salespeople to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to develop your team's skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Acquisition:
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers, effectively demonstrating our products and services.
  • Address customer questions and concerns to build trust and confidence.
• Sales Closing:
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including roofing, siding, windows, decks, bathrooms, and sunrooms.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb and carry a ladder to access roofs.

Compensation:
Salary plus commission or commission-only, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay Range: Salary $40,000.00 to $45,000.00
