We are looking for a Universal Banker responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Assisting customers with account maintenance, online banking, mobile banking, and other complex account issues.
• Resolving concerns presented by clients. Effectively question and listen to customers to gain a full understanding of both new and existing customer's financial circumstances and needs.
• Representing the Bank and its products and services with pride and enthusiasm.
• Utilizing sales techniques to uncover customer needs and match to the bank's products and services.
• Assisting in branch call efforts by reviewing, updating, and calling prospect lists regularly.
• Temp to Hire job, working 30 hours/week (always the possibility of more hours).

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Working knowledge of Bank deposit products and services.
• Working knowledge of the Bank's consumer loan products.
• Basic knowledge of alternative Bank services and vendor-provided products.
• Ability to persuade, including the value and benefits of using the Bank's services and products.
• Knowledge of applicable Bank policies and procedures.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience.

Pay Rate Range : $20.00 - $22.00/hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
