Funds Counsel - Top Hedge Fund

Our client, a top multi-strategy hedge fund, is seeking to hire an investment funds attorney with approximately 3-5 years of experience. Person will structure, draft and negotiate investment management agreements, side letters and private fund documentation. Person will also work closely with both internal business teams and external clients. This is a hybrid position and they are currently in the office 3 days a week. Total comp will be competitive with big law, and the hours are much more reasonable. Great opportunity!
