What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Conquer: Oversee land survey projects from start to finish, ensuring top-notch quality and client satisfaction.
- Innovate and Streamline: Craft proposals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to boost operational efficiency.
- Make an Impact: Authorize plats, field notes, and control drawings while leading a high-performing team to meet every project milestone.
- Build Relationships: Be the go-to liaison between SAM and clients, nurture partnerships, and seize business development opportunities.
- Deliver Excellence: Present powerful solutions to clients and stakeholders, while ensuring seamless communication with sub-consultants and partners.
- Strategize for Success: Manage staffing and work plans, ensuring every survey project runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive Results: Keep financials in check, from billing cycles to reporting, all while advocating for SAM’s best interests.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven project management experience, especially on large-scale projects.
- Expertise with tools like AutoCAD, Micro Station, Geopack, and MS Office Suite.
- Top-notch communication skills to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
- A knack for problem-solving and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Professional license or a commitment to obtaining one quickly.
