SWOT Hospitality , the leading Hotel Management company, is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Manager for Corfu Palace Hotel .

Tasks

1. Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process
2. Managing Employee Training & Development
3. Maintaining Employee Relations
4. Managing Legal and Compliance Practices
5. Handling the Staff Accommodation
6. Supervises the payroll process along with the payroll department

Requirements

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
2. Previous experience in Human Resources Department in Hospitality sector.
3. Very good knowledge of the English language.
4. Organizational and communication skills.
5. Professionalism, responsibility.
