What You Would Do:
- Lead and develop our warehouse staff
- Ensure needed inventory levels
- Ensure inventory is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner
- Maintain warehouse to showroom level
- Improve warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, and inventory management
- Oversee the company’s tool inventory program, including negotiation with vendors, ordering, storage, and maintenance
- Confer with department managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with various departments
- Ensure our production crews have a remarkable internal customer service experience
What We Need for this Role:
- 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
- Knowledge of purchase techniques and guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Effective computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder
