The Director, New Business Development, will provide strong leadership and stewardship of New Business Development, situated in the National Accounts (NAC) organization. The ideal leader will serve as the chief architect of developing a vision for sustainable and profitable new business acquisition. The role calls for a strategic thinker who is well-respected for his/her business knowledge and ability to see the “big picture.” This Director has the capability to create strategic, long-term vision relating to new business revenue and profitable generation. They possess a track record of increasingly responsible sales roles, with demonstrated ability to perform at a high level. This candidate is an exceptionally practical leader who “gets the job done” in an accurate, consistent and timely manner. Experience in calling on, presenting to, and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships is strongly desired. Must be detail-oriented, possess excellent planning and organizational and communication skills, with ability to relate to team members across the enterprise.
Objective is to capture IB’s fair share of new business, providing strategic and tactical thought leadership in charting a new, creative and innovative course for profitable growth. Charged with delivering aggressive growth in new business. The role will report into the VP, Sales.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
- 4+ years B2B/Commercial sales experience required.
- Top performer, award winner.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service and business development skills; ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple opportunities; Salesforce.com or other CRM experience.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work and travel independently on a sustained basis; self-motivated.
- Acceptable driving record.
