Who We Are Looking For
The Global Strategic Client Relationship team is responsible for coordinating relationships with SSGA's largest and most strategic clients, identifying synergies across our core businesses, and partnering with colleagues of State Street to deliver an industry leading "One State Street" experience.
The Strategic Client Relationships (SCR) Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the execution of the SCR team’s objectives and priorities, working closely with all SCR team members and the broader Client Coverage organization. Close collaboration with Sales analysts will be essential to a coordinated approach. Reporting into the Strategic Client Relationship team, the Business Analyst will also be part of the virtual team(s) for each strategic client, requiring them to engage with internal stakeholders globally. They will also be involved in collaborating with colleagues across the State Street enterprise on One State Street Initiatives.
This role is Boston-based.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As Strategic Client Relationships Business Analyst you will:
- Partner with SCR stakeholders and virtual teams on their respective client, prioritizing coordinated activity and pipeline development.
- Own, develop and enhance business reports and dashboards to be used by the SCR and virtual teams and SCR stakeholders that provide insightful and accurate information on strategic clients.
- Deliver timely reporting to stakeholders on progress, including activities, pipeline and target market.
- Produce regular analysis of data associated with the client, including company analysis, broader market analysis, competitor analysis (for both the client and State Street) and product penetration and gap analysis.
- Monitor the performance of business strategy on a regular basis, reporting on what has gone well, what needs to improve and what’s next for the SCR business.
- Partner with other Sales Analysts from across CCG globally for idea sharing and generation, learning and enhancing processes.
- Break through silos to support the development and execution of One-STT initiatives.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ financial services experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce and Tableau experience.
