Role Description:

The Global Corporate Functions (GCF) ES Team is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) Director to provide the full range of ES business partnership to our Real Estate & Workplace Services, Global Communications organizations, and the Office of the CEO. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to drive impact with teams who work broadly across the enterprise and drive innovation for both employees and customers. In this role, you will closely partner with business leaders to align on the People strategy for their respective organizations.

Your Impact:

  • Operate as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with executives to influence key priorities.
  • Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives.
  • Detailed execution on appropriate talent planning activities that will identify talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans.
  • Partner to drive Equality initiatives with consideration for talent movement, Equality dashboards, recruiting and representation as well as targeted development initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives ranging from sophisticated to highly complex with significant impact.
  • Act as a change-agent as the business continues to rapidly grow and adapt to every changing market dynamics.
  • Partner with and between our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global /HRES partners to deliver seamless employee success processes and programs across the organization.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the CoEs to develop organizational and people strategy to improve the performance and effectiveness of their business groups.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR/ES business partner experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development or Business is strongly desired
