Travel Nurse RN - NICU in Webster, TX

**Job Description:**
- Work in a 42-bed NICU with a diverse team of 70 staff members.
- Day and night shifts include 1 charge nurse, 10-15 RNs, and 1 PCT per shift.
- Patient ratios are 1-3 per nurse for Level 3 acuity, and 3-4 per nurse for Level 2.
- Utilize equipment such as isolettes, OMNI beds, and phototherapy units.
- Use EMR systems Meditech and CPN for data management and care documentation.
- Perform procedures including IV starts and PICC insertions.
- Ideal candidates are self-motivated team players.
- May float to the newborn nursery as needed.
- Dress code requires royal blue scrubs.
- Must work at least 4 weekend shifts per schedule, with occasional on-call duties.
- Support and resources available on the unit for guidance and assistance.
