General Manager/Bartender

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our nightclub located on Glenwood Ave in the heart of Glenwood South. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant and bar management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and experiences.

Duties

1. Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory management and bar operations.
3. Lead and mentor staff members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
7. Manage floor and kitchen operations, with a primary focus on bar management.

Experience

Required Skills

1. Proven experience in restaurant, hospitality, or bar management.
2. Strong knowledge of bar management and culinary practices.
3. Ability to oversee food production processes and ensure quality control.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and cost control measures.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Previous experience in nightclub operations.
2. Familiarity with various cuisines and menu planning.
3. Expertise in optimizing kitchen workflows for efficiency.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
