Garmann Miller, a Best Firms to Work For in the U.S. and SMPS M Award of Marketing Excellence winner, is seeking a communication and marketing manager to join its growing Fort Wayne, Indiana, team. While the position is based in our downtown Electric Works office, you will collaborate with our teams in Minster and Columbus, Ohio, and Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
- Design print and digital collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud programs
- Manage GM's social media accounts and oversee/update creategm.com website
- Produce video content that showcases our people, projects and purpose
- Provide administrative oversight and participation at annual trade shows
- Manage media contacts and professional organizations to enhance firm visibility
- Coordinate public relations efforts and attend company, client and industry events
- Monitor performance of marketing activities and track key metrics
- Stay current with and apply industry trends, best practices and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience preferred
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Work independently, handle multiple projects and present a professional appearance
- Content expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and social media platforms
