Qualifications:
• have previous relevant experience is mandatory, include three references.
• have advanced cooking skills, know how to build sauces, grill to temp, make bread dough. Will need to demonstrate in a tasting.
• must be formally trained or passionate about culinary arts.
• must be able to self manage, be organized and efficient with time.
• have proven leadership skills, be a good communicator, command a team, exemplify our culture.
• work under direction of ownership, execute existing recipes, contribute with solutions.
• must have a certified food handler manager certificate.
• must understand health department requirements and take action as needed.
• familiar with equipment and asset cleaning and maintenance procedures.
