Summary
This individual will work closely with the Service Center department Leads and Client Service as the gate keeper of material incoming to the Service Center. Main duties include tracking of Client New Assets, Intra-warehouse Transfers, Standard Stock Transfers, Client Asset Returns, Skyline Rental Returns and Client Excess. This individual will work towards improving Service Center incoming asset and equipment tracking ability by completing the day-to-day tasks. This position requires an advanced level knowledge of Skyline's ordering and shipping programs.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day point of contact providing internal and external assistance on incoming equipment and asset tracking. Monitor and follow-up on late shipments. And assist Client Service to modify outbound shipping if necessary.
  • Client New Assets (Client orders, Skyline orders including 3rd party, DIY or Solutions)
  • Intra-warehouse Transfers (ZZCOM) between the Headquarter and all Service Centers
  • Standard Stock Transfers (Internal equipment movements)
  • Client Asset Returns
  • Skyline Rental Returns
  • Client Excess
  • Assist Client Service and Sales with information gathering, assessing needs, and recommending changes for clients relating to incoming freight questions.
  • Procures logistics for Asset Managed booths as back up if necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Working knowledge of ERP Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and understand warehouse / receiving paperwork
  • Ability to work with multiple data bases
  • Interaction with multiple departments.
Minimum Education/Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Exhibit Force knowledge a plus
  • Shipwell knowledge a plus
Minimum Experience
  • 1-2 years of logistic experiences or equivalent.
  • Previous tradeshow industry and/or customer service experiences a plus.
