The Client Support Technician assists in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of clients in a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and ensuring safety 24/7 through various checks and crisis prevention measures.
• Building collaborative relationships with clients and fostering partnerships with the community and professionals.
• Assisting clients with daily living activities, social and leisure interests, and health monitoring.
• Supporting community integration and connecting clients with opportunities in their community.

• High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and become certified in CPR/First Aid.
• Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations along with basic computer skills.
