Job Description: Client Services Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Long Island City, NY (*5 days a week onsite*)
Pay Rate: $28/hr - $32/hr

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RFP management and a passion for providing exceptional client service. This role will be instrumental in supporting our clients throughout the RFP process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
Responsibilities:

RFP Management:
- Coordinate and manage the entire RFP process, from initial intake to proposal submission.
- Gather and analyze RFP requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs.
- Develop and maintain standardized RFP response templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of RFP responses.
- Track and manage RFP deadlines, ensuring timely submission of proposals.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all RFP-related inquiries.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide timely updates on RFP progress.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen relationships.

Administrative Support:
- Manage administrative tasks associated with RFP management, such as filing, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to RFP activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of (number) years of experience in client services or a related field.
- Proven experience in RFP management, including gathering requirements, developing responses, and tracking deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
