Job Title: M&A Integration Engineer
Location: Remote with 50% Travel

Job Summary: We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Engineer to facilitate the seamless integration of systems during mergers and acquisitions specific to the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage complex integration projects while collaborating with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the integration of systems, applications, and mailboxes during mergers and acquisitions within the insurance sector to ensure a smooth transition.
  2. Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners to gather requirements and design integration strategies tailored to insurance company operations.
  3. Develop and implement integration plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure all systems are properly merged.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support as needed.
  5. Conduct assessments of existing systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization, specifically in relation to insurance industry standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in systems integration, preferably in a merger and acquisition context within the insurance industry.
  2. Strong understanding of email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, AOL, etc.) and application integration methods.
  3. Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and integration tools.
  4. Experience with cloud services and enterprise applications.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for on-site integration support.
