We are working to fulfill project requirements with a DC utility agency. We are looking for experienced HR Personnel (Career Coach) for an upcoming short-term project (3-months) with a DC utility agency in the upcoming months (anticipated to begin in October 2024). This will be a part-time, remote position with our company.

Please see below for the general requirements of the role:
• Requires 3-5 years of similar experience in evaluating individual's background, skills, and interest and matches to potential job openings (for MBA/Master's level clients);
• Coaches and prepares clients for interviews and re-entry into the workforce;
• Leveraging the work experience the individuals have gained to help identify job opportunities for individuals and match qualified individuals with employment opportunities;
• Provides weekly virtual coaching for duration of the project (approximately 3 months) preferably via MS Teams or Zoom
• Career Coach certification or other relevant HR certification preferred, but not required
Specifically should have 3-5 years experience in providing 1:1 coaching (to MBA/Master's level clients) for the following outplacement services:
• Resume/cover letter writing and review
• Mock interviews
• Career coaching
• Assessment guides
• Professional branding
• Any other services in support of the former employee finding their next opportunity.
