We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the successful execution of construction projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the project management team, ensuring that construction tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, tracking project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and report on project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at job sites.
Facilitate problem-solving and resolve project-related issues as they arise.
Assist in procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries of materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
