Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in Thousand Oaks. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire opportunity, full-time hours. Interested candidates must be bilingual Spanish/English, as this is a requirement of the role.
Duties for this position include all aspects of the front office admin work - patient check in/out, scheduling appointments, updating patient charts, assisting in medical records requests and referrals, collecting copays, and other clerical duties as needed. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare adminstrative position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
  • Ability to give a great patient experience and create a welcoming environment for others
  • Can work well within multiple software systems
  • Able to work well independently and adapt to multiple tasks as needed
  • Can meet production metrics as required by management
