Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Event Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of high-profile trade shows and events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale trade shows with a focus on driving brand visibility, lead generation, and business development. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and advanced project management skills to ensure flawless execution and maximum return on investment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with various teams to create a comprehensive trade show strategy aligned with business goals.
- Event Management: Ensure all aspects of event execution meet high standards, delivering a seamless experience for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Manage relationships to ensure seamless quality and experience.
- Marketing Integration: Drive cross-channel initiatives to enhance pre-show and post-show engagement.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze event performance and outcomes, lead post-event debriefs, and maintain and report KPIs related to event ROI.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of managing large-scale trade shows and events.
- Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, along with expertise in project management and vendor negotiation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in defense, technology, and healthcare markets.
- Expertise in leading trade shows for a global organization.
- Certifications such as Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) or Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM).
