Job Description
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Manage the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Oversee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Provide guidance on HR policies, resolve workplace issues, and ensure consistent application of company policies.
  • Performance Management:
    Support managers in performance reviews and development plans. Facilitate employee evaluations and assist with the implementation of performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • HR Policy Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Assist with the implementation of HR policies and keep up-to-date with changes in employment regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answer any related queries. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate information is provided to the payroll team.
  • HR Data and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate employee records and provide reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment data.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
