We are looking for the best Tech Recruiter at 42dot. The Tech Recruiter is responsible for establishing recruitment directions aligned with the company’s business strategy, sourcing top talents, and managing the target talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, and operating strategic recruitment processes.
- Management and oversight of recruitment processes.
- Building partnerships aligned with company strategy and developing global core talent acquisition strategies.
- Establishing key recruitment trends, candidate qualifications, and compensation criteria utilizing market trends and industry insights.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of demonstrated experience in technology and software recruitment.
- Highly motivated, with experience working in an agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environment where things change very quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted search strategies across various industries.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent acquisition solutions that drive business success.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Capable of data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to directly source and talent map in IT/startup environments.
- Recruiting experience in the Automotive sector.
