We are seeking a driven and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing Pockyt's core finance processes, with a focus on AR and AP automation in collaboration with our product and AI teams. As we continue to grow internationally, your expertise will enhance our financial operations and support global expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize core finance processes:
- Develop and implement financial policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analysis of financial reports, including monthly and annual statements, budgets, and forecasts. Drive automation and efficiency in AR and AP processes, managing internal financial operations, as well as external reconciliations and reporting for partners and merchants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Act as a finance point of contact for product, engineering, business, and compliance teams, offering financial insights to support decision-making and growth.
- Continuously improve internal processes, ensuring strong financial controls and mitigating risks through automation.
- Drive AI-powered finance automation:
- Assist in evaluating and implementing automation tools to streamline reporting and reconciliation with our payment networks and merchants.
- Work with product and AI teams to develop a data strategy that supports accurate, timely reporting and enhances decision-making.
- Track performance and optimize growth:
- Develop and monitor Key Metrics to assess financial performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process automation, particularly in AR and AP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
