Roles and Responsibilities:Maintain PTO plan set up and trouble shooting in HRIS SystemExecute bulk employee data imports into HRISMaintain system configurations for new client set upsHandle complex system uploads for new and existing clientsProvide demonstrations on HRIS platforms for new operations team membersUnderstand and utilize reporting toolsAct as escalation point for system configuration issues relating to:PTOEmployee portalOnboardingAct as escalation point for user end system items relation to:Employee onboarding completionEmployee portal accessBe first among group to receive training on department wide tasks to become resource moving forward.Maintain Unemployment Claims delegation processUpdates processes as necessary for knowledge base maintenanceSupport growth and use of CRM through contributing to changes and enhancementsProvide support for special projects as neededWhen not working on above tasks, continue to:Support the administration of Leaves of Absence paperworkCRM Case ManagementMaintain Employee File auditsMaintain LMS platform administrationReview & process employee file changesSet up & processing of E-VerifyMaintain process for employee termination notes & separation formsFollows and suggest updates to processes as necessaryExperience & Skills:Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a related capacityStrong Microsoft Office skills specifically in excelExperience training othersExperience with process improvementExperience with HRIS Systems preferredStrong Organizational SkillsStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skillsExceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of qualityEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenSalary range is up to $65,000 based on experience.Powered by JazzHR
