Job Requirements / Description

With our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

  1. Manage and strengthen key relationships within a designated list of Off-Premise accounts within your territory through a consultative and influential approach.
  2. Track all activities and consistently submit activity reports in a proprietary reporting tool to supervisor including KPI progress, account visits, trainings, accomplishments, competitive activities, and special projects.
  3. Participate in overall market commercial planning which may include weekly and monthly team meetings.
  4. Efficiently manage T&E Budget as well as the monthly activation budget.
  5. Responsible for executing activities to drive sales, ensure execution of programming across the Chain market, help the distributor team secure incremental displays, manage POS, organize and conduct successful market surveys.
  6. Lead meetings with key California Chain Off-Premise accounts within the assigned area to develop strong working relationships. Present Bacardi brands and work toward achieving increased volumes while building long-term business opportunities.
  7. Responsible for sales objectives, including basic account management, securing incremental displays, and program development & execution.
  8. Deliver year-over-year display growth within account list while meeting quarterly KPI’s within your account universe.
  9. Be visible in the field and participate where the opportunity fits our strategy, including the execution of national initiatives in the local market.
  10. Actively participate in promotions and events, which often occur in the evenings or on weekends.
  11. Stay informed of customer and consumer trends and develop programs to capitalize on such trends.
  12. Provide market and competitive brand updates to supervisor to include timely and accurate communication of changing field conditions that may affect volumes as well as staffing changes at distributors and competitors.
