Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Labor & Employment to join our dynamic legal team. As a leading player in the legal industry, we are looking for someone with a passion for law and a strong track record of success in labor and employment litigation, civil litigation, and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to the Bar.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
  • Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials and arbitrations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
  • 4+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation
