REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to pass a Farmers background check (criminal & financial)
  • Must be financially savvy and stable
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience required
  • Minimum 2 years management experience, preferred
  • Past experience prospecting leads and new business highly preferred
  • Must possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license (OR WILLING TO OBTAIN)
  • Must possess a Life & Health Insurance license (OR WILLING TO OBTAIN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Manage and coach a sales/support team to drive agency growth.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
