Capacity Planner

Our client is searching for a Master Scheduler with an Industrial Engineering background. As a Master Scheduler, you will work onsite within our Industrial Global Supply Chain Manufacturing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Manufacturing for North and South America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage master production schedules and capacity for multiple plants.
• Collaborate with departments to align schedules with demand forecasts.
• Track customer demand and adjust capacity plans as needed.
• Report on key performance metrics like OTIF and past dues.
• Translate forecasts into time-phased production schedules.
• Conduct "what-if" analysis and revise schedules when necessary.
• Identify lean improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of planning or logistics experience, including 3 years in manufacturing.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems; JDE, InforLX, MS Dynamics Navision a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, with experience in formulas, look-ups, and pivot tables.
