DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assignedThe Live Receiving Worker will rotate within the department. Rotation could include but not limited to live hang, loading and unloading drawers, forklift driver and backup to the finishing machine.Back-up the finishing machine to ensure all birds meet Animal Welfare standardsInserts drawers at required rate.Safely and efficiently load and unload drawers of birds off the shuttle trucksKeep work area clean and picked up at all timesReports any equipment damage or potential mechanical problems to the supervisor or lead person immediatelyPerforms other duties as assignedEXPECTATIONS – all Team MembersObserve & enforce all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies.Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks.
