Wherever we go we engage faith, relationship-building, and volunteers to lift up and support Colorado’s most vulnerable citizens.JOB SUMMARYThe Veteran Program Specialist assists human service programs in meeting the needs of persons seeking assistance. Inputs initial assessment functions, intakes and recertification for clients engaged in services. The Veteran Program Specialist supports case management with administrative duties, as assigned. This position serves the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program in the Denver Metro region.
