As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership Director to lead our membership efforts, ensuring the continuous growth and engagement of our diverse member base.

Position Summary:

The Membership Director will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction of our members. This role is critical in cultivating a vibrant, engaged community while upholding the company’s brand values and culture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of community-building, hospitality, and customer service, and will work closely with various departments to enhance member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Acquisition & Retention
  • Lead efforts to identify, recruit, and vet prospective members who align with High End Boutique Club’s brand and community ethos.
  • Develop and execute member retention strategies, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor and manage membership churn, conducting outreach to members at risk of non-renewal.
  • Community Building & Engagement
  • Foster a dynamic and inclusive community by organizing exclusive events, workshops, and networking opportunities that align with members’ interests.
  • Act as the ambassador for the membership community, ensuring a consistent culture across all touchpoints and locations.
  • Curate a diverse mix of members, ensuring the community remains vibrant, active, and reflective of High End Boutique Club’s values.
  • Onboarding & Membership Services
  • Oversee the onboarding experience for new members, ensuring they are welcomed and integrated into the community seamlessly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for membership inquiries, feedback, and issues, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain strong communication with members, keeping them informed about upcoming events, exclusive offers, and club news.
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain and update the membership database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of member information.
  • Track and report on key membership metrics, including acquisition, retention, member engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular insights and performance reports to senior management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and manage the membership team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, events, and hospitality, to deliver cohesive and high-quality member experiences.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop membership goals and initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Strategic Growth & Partnerships
  • Design and implement strategies to grow the membership base, including exploring new markets, membership tiers, and special initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with brands and businesses that can enhance the member experience through exclusive perks and collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in membership management, hospitality, or community-building roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for developing talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster meaningful relationships and connections.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and implement innovative solutions for member engagement and retention.
  • Experience organizing events and managing high-level experiences for members or clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and membership databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
