We are seeking a dynamic Management Analyst 5 to take charge of coordinating financial system access, developing and maintaining division policies, and managing external audits within the Financial and Business Services Division (FBSD). This is a supplemental retirement savings program (similar to an IRA) that allows you control over the amount of pre-tax salary dollars you defer as well as the flexibility to choose between multiple investment options.

All state employees are covered by the federal Social Security and Medicare systems. The state and the employee pay an equal amount into the system.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness

Holidays
Full-time and part-time employees are entitled to paid holidays and one paid personal holiday per calendar year.

Full-time employees who work full monthly schedules qualify for holiday compensation if they are employed before the holiday and are in pay status for at least 80 nonovertime hours during the month of the holiday; or for the entire work shift preceding the holiday.

Compensation for holidays (including personal holiday) will be proportionate to the number of hours in pay status in the month to that required for full-time employment, excluding all holiday hours. Full-time employees earn eight hours of sick leave per month. Some of what you will do:
- Research and analyze OFM policy updates to verify compliance and determine if updates to DCYF FBSD policies and procedures are needed.
- Coordinate with FSBD employees to create, update, and maintain policies and procedures and verify desk manuals are following policies and procedures.
- Research and analyze changes to FBSD policies, procedures, and desk manuals for implementation to Workday and assist the Workday Program Manager with these changes.
- Coordinate with the Communications Division to create a FBSD intranet site for policies, procedures, and desk manuals.
- Upload all open findings and corrective action plans (CAPs) to AuditFindings.com and run a monthly report from to send reminders to assigned program employees.
- Coordinate with FBSD employees to create and assist with corrective action plans to address audit findings.
- Add, modify, and delete users in the financial systems.
- Analyze monthly Human Resources Division (HRD) employee separation and transfer list to determine necessary system access actions.
- Perform annual financial system audit and analyze responses for necessary system access changes.
