Senior .NET Developer

STA Group is part of DKG and is located in Chicago, IL. This role will be 100% remote along with the rest of our team (currently 45-50 people).

Role

STA Group is putting together several additional scrum teams to expand our current work with one of our trusted partners and clients in developing their enterprise architecture. The teams will work in an agile environment doing event-driven development, creating scalable, automated solutions. The teams will integrate regularly with our client’s teams, as well, engaging in a strong partnership approach to development.

Required experience and competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, computer science/engineering
  • 7+ years (varying levels of experience) in Software Engineering, .NET application development
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET development in C#, and Typescript
  • Building micro-services with .NET core
  • Experience working in Azure build SaaS solutions
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
  • Experience with Azure persistence (at least one of):
    • Managed RDBMS services
    • Cosmos DB
    • SQL Data Warehouse
  • Azure Functions
  • GIT
  • SCRUM / Kanban
  • Nice to have: React experience, full-stack or front-end development
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop relationships, and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities and communicate progress
  • Resourcefulness, efficient, problem-solver, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong Team Player, strong communication
