Roles & Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to support the financial systems used by the corporate accounting function.
Support and Maintenance of HFM Monthly/Weekly/Yearly Load Cycles.
Solve Data issues related to HFM application
Able to update consolidation rule, updating member list & Other application related artifacts
Mapping updates and maintenance
Metadata and data maintenance
Monitoring Jobs & Fix Job failures
Create on call documentation
Identifying manual intervention and initiate Automation
Monitoring and Managing workflows
End User support
Attend meetings with Client/Business users from Support standpoint
Education: Bachelors Degree
