Job Requirements / Description

This position is responsible for developing digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  2. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  3. Maintains content of websites and Google Business pages.
  4. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  5. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  6. Travel to customer sites and MPW facilities as needed. 20% to 30% travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years experience preferred.
  3. Proven working experience in digital marketing, within B-to-B space preferred.
  4. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  6. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
