OverviewReporting to the Manager Strategic Sourcing, the Staff Talent Sourcer is a key member of our TA organization who develops, leads, and executes robust sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional passive talent. The Staff Talent Sourcer will provide hiring managers and recruiting partners with key market insights while developing strong, diverse pipelines of talent. As a senior talent sourcer, you will develop a deep understanding of the business and related talent strategies, strong knowledge of the external talent landscape, the ability to quickly identify and understand multiple talent pools, build and execute innovative sourcing strategies, and have a data-driven approach.What you'll bring5+ years sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment, leveraging industry-standard tools - experience working with iCIMS is advantageousDeep knowledge of relevant talent pools and the most effective current and emerging sourcing techniques to ensure diversity of candidates.
