Travel Nurse RN - Admin/Mgmt in Mora, MN

Summary:
Welia Health is seeking an experienced Surgical Nurse Manager to lead nursing care in SDS, PACU, ENDO, CSR, and the OR. This position oversees 4 OR suites performing approximately 3,000 surgeries annually. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of Joint Commission (JC) requirements and quality assurance (QA) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate surgical nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with JC and QA standards.
• Supervise staffing, training, and daily operations.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
• 2-5 years of nursing management experience.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota, BLS, and ACLS required.
