ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior Product Manager, you'll spend your day refining the product backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring clear communication with cross-functional teams. You'll collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to align product strategies with business objectives, drive new product launches, and continuously improve our legal tech solutions. With a customer-focused mindset, you'll make decisions based on data, feedback, and market trends, all while keeping the big picture in sight.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the tech, software, or SaaS industries
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and launching successful products
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business goals with user needs
Preferred Skills:
- MBA or the equivalent experience
- Experience in legal technology or CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Familiarity with omnichannel customer solutions, including chatbots, live agents, and integrations
- Experience with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
