As a Core Developer focused on ETFs, you will work closely with the Algo Development team to design, build, and improve our automated ETF trading systems. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our live trading platform and research tooling in this greenfield area.

Qualifications
- Experience building ETF trading technology preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- C++ experience required
- Python experience preferred
- Experience collaborating closely with quantitative researchers & traders preferred
- Superior design, debugging, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of UNIX operating systems (we use Linux), system/processor performance, and network communication
Annual base salary range of $175,000 to $250,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
