Customer Service Representative

Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Where:  This is a remote role with some travel to Waltham, MA
When: Immediate need, 6+ months, contract to perm
Pay: $21/hour
Requirements:  Troubleshooting experience, phone support, Bachelors Degree 
Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional customer service by receiving and responding to inbound customer questions in a timely manner
• Gathers information to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and promote a “one contact” customer service environment
• Fulfilling basic customer needs, providing comprehensive responses to customer inquiries 
• Escalating advanced technical issues to technical support
• Ensuring the highest level of accuracy, completeness and professionalism with all customer interactions
