As a Senior Data Science Product Manager on our Horizontal Data Science Product Management Team, you will have the opportunity to define and guide a cohesive, high-impact strategy for building Marketing Data Science products. Projects will include building DS solutions to support marketing initiatives across CRM, External Marketing and Digital Marketing teams. Working across our Data Science engineering squads, delivery teams, product analytics, and a wide set of stakeholders, you will understand the trajectory of the business and translate business needs into product roadmaps to deliver large and impactful Data Science and ML products. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Data Science - Marketing:

  1. Lead the creation and prioritization of the Data Science product strategy and roadmap for the integration of Data Science within Marketing at DK.
  2. Collaborate with Product Managers and Analytics across the organization to align on goals, product specifications, requirements, and planning.
  3. Ensure execution runs smoothly within the Data Science engineering and scrum teams and across partner teams, breaking down the roadmap into the product backlog, supporting user stories, acceptance criteria, and creating interaction models to stay on track.
  4. Work closely with Analytics and Business Stakeholders to define frameworks, testing, and monitoring to measure results and business value.

What you'll bring:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  2. At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Data Science or quantitative domain, working with engineering and data teams on technical projects.
  3. Experience leveraging Data Science products within Marketing technologies.
  4. Expertise in high-level product strategy, with experience creating clear product requirements, technical specifications, and testing plans in ambiguous environments.
  5. Strong comprehension of A/B testing methodologies, with experience in developing testing frameworks and running live experiments.
  6. Strategic mindset with a strong analytics orientation, an ability to comprehend information from various sources, and an eye for business leverage.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively with data scientists, understand machine learning algorithms, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Stellar communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and exert influence across multiple teams and disciplines.
  9. Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,600.00 - $194,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
